POLICY CHANGES

Appointments:
  • When booking an appointment PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. DO NOT book
    more than one appointment or the system will cancel both appointments.

  • If you have any special requests for your appointment please add it in the
    notes section when making your appointment.

  • MUST be on time. Late clients will not be accepted and will have to
    reschedule. Be aware that time is crucial considering not everyone can be
    inside the salon at once due to COVID. We have to get clients in and out
    during that time frame of your selected appointment slot.

  • If you need to cancel an appointment please notify us at least 24 hrs in
    advance. A 'No call/ No show' will result in a fee of 25$

  • No CHILDREN ; must come to your appointment ALONE

  • For safety precautions / COVID, you may have to wait in the car once you
    arrive. Only a certain amount of people can be inside at once.

Salon Rules:
  • EATING and DRINKING in the salon is PROHIBITED

  • Temperature will be taken before service begins

  • MUST wear mask at ALL times

  • Payments are accepted in cash and credit ONLY. NO third party apps are
    accepted such as CASHAPP, ZELLE, etc. NO GIFT CARDS.

  • Please be considerate of the stylist when you are being serviced. NO
    TALKING on the phone while being serviced. DO NOT use a laptop / do work
    while in the chair you can ONLY work under the dryer.

  • Make sure you remove earrings before being serviced.

  • NO REFUNDS
